McKesson supports only the current version and 1 version older (1V0) of its products. These downloads are provided as a courtesy only. Remember, to have a current backup prior to implementing any software updates.

For those still operating with Windows XP OS:
Please note: Microsoft ended support for Windows XP on April 8th, 2014. Which means that no further updates, patches or security fixes for Windows XP will be available after April 8, 2014.
Windows XP will no longer be HIPAA compliant after that date.
It is recommended that our clients still using Windows XP computers start the process of upgrading their systems now.
While Windows XP will be supported by McKesson with the release of V19 Medisoft Patient Accounting, Medisoft Clinical will NOT be supported on Windows XP or Windows Server 2003.
